playstation2 got tossed out the door saturday.

my cousin and i got into a fight saturday and he decided to toss my playstation2 out the door.  it looks unharmed but it can no longer keep the disc spinning it trys and trys again but it finally gives up and gives me an error msg. "data error" will sony replace it or does this void the warrenty?  please give some advice.

oh and i just bought kessen and i didn\'t get to play it.

1st did you punch your cousin in the mouth a few 100 times

2nd If it looks like its been tossed I doubt Sony will take care of you, but if it doesn\'t look trashed then just tell them it stopped working on you and they should replace it

If it does not looked damaged then try to exchange it.

I know violence is not the answer but..... damn!  First of all he destroyed a piece of equipment that you had been waiting for for a while & spent a good chunk of dough on.  And 2nd, even if he did reimburse you for the ps2, you will have a helluva time finding one.

That does not matter..!!  There are certain things in this world you just don\'t do.  And attacking a PSX2 is one of them.  Not only is he attacking that playstation owner but all owners across the world.

When I was a little kid and something similar happened:
I had a superb Robotech \'Alphafighter\' robot model.
Me and my little brother got in a fight but he managed
to quickly throw my Alphafighter away.
I was so MAD :rpissed: , I don\'t know for sure, even up
today, if I have forgiven him yet.
So if someone would do that to my PS2 they would have to
check their life insurance real fast!

If someone did that too a machine that i paid a heap load on.. I would be throwing him/her out the window after it. Then when he/she brings it back.. I would just throw them out the window again. :rpissed:

If someone threw my PS2 and even a incy little scratch was on it or not working, bang I tell them you have just bought yourself a playstation 2. PAY UP !!

If does not want to exchange the appropriate funds, then Id ****en smash the **** out of him
