The majority of these debates are started by Neintendo or X-box fanboys, who are completly biased, so what are you talking about I think youll find the Sony fans are just replying to creeps which have something against Sony, even thoe they came to a PS2 Forum.

Actually, in comparison, most of the people in this channel of the forum are SonyFanboys. Look at the topics names: PS2 vs. DC, PS2 vs. DC, PS2 vs. DC., etc!

and named the Sega, Nintendo, and X-Box fanboys in here. I bet there are more Sony ones:

GameRiader, BizioEE, Charlie, TLUV, etc.

The real fact is that many peoples opinions are slaughtered in here and me and a few other guys decide we need to defend our opinions. Since these topics usually start off with some very asanine comments, they usually revert into useless comments when one tries foolishly to pick a fight with another. I say, just ride the wave and next week we will be back at the start, ready for another crazy adventure!

Well, I quess this can be forgiven and forgotten because you\'re just a newbie. And seems that you haven\'t readed trough this forum at all.

I don\'t know should I welcome you or not?

The only thing that irks me is the extremes.  People don\'t seem to be content to simply say "my choice is better" or "my choice will win the war".  They go to EXTREMES and say "not only is my choice better, but your choice is out of it\'s league!" or "my choice will dominate like the PSX and Gameboy did!" (nevermind their lack of competition) or "my choice will win the war AND your choice will wither away and die!"

I\'m not even going to argue who will win the war.  It\'s hard to tell - it will be one helluva bloody battle.  But I will happily argue any of the following points (or hell, any ridiculous "extremes"):

Microsoft will DOMINATE
Dreamcast will DIE
Gamecube will DIE
Developers will all abandon PS2 (or Dreamcast)

Like I said, all four of these companies are gonna have to claw and scratch and fight for victory.  But dominance is out of the question.  As is death - unless the Gamecube is Cartridge (Dreamcast isn\'t going to die with 6 million users in place worldwide - that\'s just silly).  Even then, Nintendo is rakin\' in the dough on handhelds and can keep the Gamecube chuggin\'.  But we all know the \'Cube will be amazing.

I\'m not really biased against any console; I just defend all of them based upon opinions I\'ve formed about the industry.

As for the topic, there are many biased idiots here. There are some who aren\'t...

I don\'t see why this topic needed to be made, but it should be said that some of you might need to shape up to get rid of this forum\'s bad reputation... which I don\'t know how it really got in the first place, seeing how far worse forums exist.

I don\'t see any clear winners or losers for this war, no one should... if you do, you are obviously biased or psychic.

M4, NPLAYER OWNS YOU!

NPLAYER is absolutely terrible. His logic used in debates rarely makes any sense at all, and his grammar is craptacular to boot.

But what I dislike most about him is that he doesn\'t comprehend the meaning of "ban". He becomes banned from a forum, and then returns the following minute with some other nick, pissing off the administrators and forum members alike of the site. He returns even when an entire forum hates him, for reasons outside my area of comprehension.

I must ask... why oh why does the worlds biggest imbecile have to have a random IP?

Many of you may like him now, seeing as how he has switched to support PS2 instead of Nintendo. But in all reality, he is just as big an imbecile now as he was before - you all know it good and well.

Sorry for having this brought up, but he is a fine example of what you people never want to be as bad as. And none of you are quite that bad yet.

I\'m against anyone making general comments about everybody, if you have problems with specific people voice them, but to call everybody a biased fanboy on your first post is a little uncalled for.

how many forums have you actually been involved in? im just wondering, were you banned? cuz you came in here proclaming everybody fanboys of sony. me personally, i try to be the least biased as i can because i like systems with great games. perfect dark was awsome, Crazy taxi is a great idea, so is shenmue, and Metal gear solid, gran turismo and other titles such as these are unbelieveable. now whose side are you on? the non-gamers? apparently you hate sony, but my advise is to at least say that youre first post was stupid otherwise no one will trust you.
