New news today shows the Ps2 is just plain kicking butt!

"According to The Nihon Keizai Shimbun, PlayStation2 shipments topped 4 million units in Japan in 2000, with cumulative global sales expected to reach 11 million by the end of March. The Japan news source also said that sales of Nintendo 64, though stagnant in 2000, topped 5.3 million units since its release, while Dreamcast has shipped around 2 million units. "

"Bandai has released 350,000 copies of its PlayStation2 giant robot game Mobile Suit Gundam. According to the company, the entire shipment sold out in four days. Bandai intends to ship an additional 150,000 units by the end of March."

I think its a safe bet to say you can find one pretty easy in march
if you can\'t and the extra millions of consoles does not satify the demamand... then that would just be amazing and unexpected

People i know said " im not getting PS2 im pre-ordering Gamecube instead" but then after Christmas they are like " I got PS2 ! " so i think the people that dont like ps2 are the people who cant get one ! oh , and that is great news.
