Well, I\'m getting more and more excited by Final Fantasy X (and that means a lot). I can\'t wait to see some more / better quality screenshots of the game.

We are looking at the first 2+million seller in japan for the ps2.

That guys hair is remarkably similar to Zidane\'s of FFIX, and the face of Squall of FFVIII, and what are they trying to do, it looks like a surfing game.  The screen shots look show that the game has great potential, I mean, how much better does it get, they almost look like real people.  I think if you are a die hard RPG(or FF for that matter) fan, this game will work it\'s way up your favorites list some how.

And Hey its good to be back...  I can finally access the forums again...  Anyone have have an idea of what happend..??

Anyways, please tell me they are not changing the model for FFX, they are going to keep it turned based and not fp...  I like the way final fantasy is and I hope they keep it that way..!!

Hmm.... is it because of the low quality pictures or I detect some jaggies in the in-game screenshot? Square should be able to eliminate jaggies since after all it is RPG.

I\'m getting very excited about FFX, and I have nothing against it to be sci-fi like FF8!

I am glad that the characters look real again, and woohoo! FFIX is coming to shops this month and I\'m going to buy it... yes, here\'s some who haven\'t even played it.

But bring us high-quality in-game shots Square, and make my day!

didn\'t they change the name of the first guy from Tida to tidus?
At least that would be more logical, cause tidA is a female name, because of the A, while tidUS would be male, because of the US.
anyways, I demand this game is going to be good, I just hope,that one day, ffVII will be beaten as (my personal) best game ever made, and if there is one game that should be capable of doing that, than it\'s ffX

ps. This may sound strange but I just started playing ffIII/VI on my snes, this game rocks, the overworld theme is the coolest music ever.

I thought FF8 chars sucked. That game sucked anyway. FF9 was way better. Hopefully FF10 wont be a failure too. :smokin:

Well, to my knowledge this game is not going to have a sci-fi look to it from what has been reported if that helps anyone\'s thought on this game though (I personally like both styles a ton).  

Oh and if you\'ve ever seen the game actually in motion it is totally amazing graphically.  Although I\'ve only seen  the male character running across the worldmap, it was by far the best graphics I\'ve seen on a PS2.  The world was just massive with no draw-in or even fogging whatsoever, with massive cliff walls and what looked to be a big canyon the character stood next to.  
    The whole time the characters loose bit of clothing and hair blew in the wind incredibly accurately and realistic.  Oh and yes the world map is in full 3D.

Anyone else seen this video?  It was shown nearly a year ago to a private audience in January 2000 and someone had a hidden video camera.  The bootleg got on the internet and it was amazing.  And to think that was a year ago.  I wonder how much improved the game looks now.

Anyway FF X will hopefully be a great game and a great FF.  I actually enjoyed FF8 a lot and so did millions others so I don\'t mind if it comes out like it.  Just hopefully with a stronger story.  I think the Ultimecia thing was stupid in FF8.  Other then the somehwhat weak storyline FF8 was a ton of fun to me.  I just hopw FF X will be great in both catagories though.  I\'m rambling...I\'ll stop now

I don\'t care about the graphics if it has a great storyline ( like FF\'s usually have ) and good musics ( yet again, like Ff\'s usually have ).

Of course I have nothing against good graphics but they\'re not the main thing in FF games.

I\'m really excited about the game but its release date is quite far away still...
