well i personally have never really been into wipeout - nothing against it just never really played it

i love Extreme G though - i don\'t know why people have troublwe playing it - its not as fast as people say or think - at least not to me - although you do get a sense of speed when playing it

This would be easier if it was a poll, but oh well. :)  I love the Wipeout games.  I can\'t wait for Fusion.

I\'d take woFusion over any game*. (wipEout freak)

There\'s nothing to match the thrills wo2097 still offers. If the next wipEout is even half as good I\'ll be locked in my room for ages once again.

My opinion lends too towards the Wipeout, as I kinda liked the Extreme G, but thought it was TOO fast for its own good.

It, of course, depens. We can\'t know for sure if Wipeout Fusion is just a cash-in ( graphical update... I wouldn\'t mind \'tho, but some would :) ) - and will it offer something REALLY new ( like it is said that it will ). I just don\'t want it to be a product of hype.

Extreme-G 3 hasn\'t got the hype with it, so it might be a pleasant surprise. Or then a big disappointment ( to those who know the series ).

But first I\'d like to see some REAL gameplay-pics before I even think further!

Wipeout\'s soundtrack is some of the best.My favourite of all the series is track06 from Wipeout1.
Thats the best techno I ve ever heard in my life.

i have seen extrem g3 pics and i have seen WOfusion pics, i must say they both look like thier gonna be great games, extrem g3 will come out before WO, to hold us over till  WO is released, i think i will look more into extrem g3 at this point, i kmow WO is gonna rule, but i wana see in g3 will be just as good, if so then ill buy both of them.

intresting to see which will be released first, my bet is on Extreme G seeing the amount of Delays that Wipeout is suffering at the moment :mad:.

I\'m gonna go with EG3 on this one. I just prefer EG\'s gameplay over WO\'s. I like the tracks better as well. ...and the music. But they\'ll both be good games.

Wipeout games have always kicked ass...not sure about EG, I honestly haven\'t heard of it.  But I wasted so many hours playing Wipeout XL on my PSX in college that I am surprised that I have a degree on my wall.  So, I\'m gonna have to go with Wipeout Fusion; that is, if this game ever comes out.  I do have to say that Wipeout 3 wasn\'t quite as good as XL; I hope that they don\'t just make the graphics prettier while taking another step backward...
