I want to be a hidden boss like the ones at the end of FF7.  Make it near impossible to kill me :).

And about you trying to think of a name for your game, good luck!  I have been programming a game for the past 7 months, and I still don\'t have a name for it.  I call it "Jumpman" now just so I have something to call it, even though there is already a game series called Jumpman.  I am hoping a good name just pops into my head some day.

I wanna be playable, and btw, in the list it says my powers are elemental, but I wanted them to be non-elemental, if you could change it, that would be great!

About this rpg-generator 2000, is it commercial product or downloadable somewhere?

If so, please give me an address, as I would be interested of making a project like this of my own.

[ I\'ve never heard of the product anyway ]

And is it easy to use? I mean, if you\'re not much into programming, you could still make decent games with it? ( aka Klik & Play :) )

So many things to reply to.  Here I go!

lionken07:  Sure thing.  

IronFist:  I\'ll see what I can do.  And as for the name thing, I\'m still thinking.  I\'ve code-named the project "Emotion," so that\'s what I\'ll be referring to it as from here on out (until I get the real title, of course).

Samwise:  No problem.  I\'ll make you a part of the PSX2Central Royalty (a prince, perhaps?) and have you down as a secret character.

politiepet:  I\'ll fix it after I post this message.

Darth Joyda:  You can download the program here... http://rpgmaker.chat.ru/   It\'s actually really easy to use once you get down the basics, but it also allows for a very large amount of customization through advanced techniques.  Of course, the thing is illegal, but nobody seems to care :)

unknown:  Yep.  You are now a ....(drumroll)... secret character!

Now, I\'m off to update the character list!

No it\'s not too late!  I\'ll still be accepting new people for atleast another week or two.  I need as many PSX2Central members to sign up in order for this to go smoothly.   Basically, more members = better game.

One thing, I\'m a mage who can control the elements with his psychic powers, along with being able to do the usual psychic stuff(teleport, mind control, ect).

So maybe a more oppriate(sp?) name would be "Psychic mage".

BTW will we be able to d/l the game and play it?

Yeah you\'ll be able to download it.  Should be somewhere between 3 and 5 megs in size.  That\'s not counting the 12 meg RTP file that you must d/l first though, but I\'ll get into that later.

Also, here\'s the first screenshot.  As stated earlier, it\'s only to give you a look at the graphical style that will be used.  



If you can\'t tell, the pic is of a character standing on a cliff, overlooking a kingdom. I understand the thing looks a little bland, but I whipped it up in about 5 minutes, so it\'s rushed.  I\'ll post more screens as progress continues.

I thank you for the link, Ways - this makes me a pirate, I know - but I\'m starting to make my own RPG\'s now! This is great... :)

And that\'s just fine enough of a landscape there, Ways. I like the graphics-style - the old FF style.

Now I\'m waiting in anticipation to play with myself ( hmmm... don\'t get the wrong idea here :laughing: ), the dark mage...
