You are a lamer...FACT

You are a troll...FACT

You have nothing better to do than bash XBOX...FACT

You will be banned soon...FACT
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

does having a specific shadow in one game constitute as havng ALL effects in software that X-Box has in hardware? No.

What about GC? You dont know that GC or even X-Box will win in Japan, wtf do you care anyways, last time I checked you were american (how embarassed I am to admit that)

Did PSX have a harddrive? ethernet? 4 controller ports? Sega games? PSX sold 70 million WW. I rest my case.

Did you read the article? Enix develops for the system with the largest fanbase. Right now it is PS2, because it has been out for over a year. We dont know what will happen in 2 years.

Yes, I do belive that DOA is coming to X-Box, it is looking nice (but the gameplay sucks donkey balls)

You suck!

beast:

Its funny how you IGNORE the FACT that hideo kojima CONFIRMS the  FACT that xbox is only a LITTLE BIT more powerfull than PS2 and anything xbox does in hardware PS2 can do in software..

And i *gasp* made a mistake...i would like to appologize to SCEI for insulting the PSX by saying the xbox is like it......as said in the article all MS is trying to do is  copy the 6 year old psx business model...quite sad for this mighty and godly company...but then again why wouldn\'t they? ;)

Also, you want us to belive xbox will sell 10,000,000 consoles in one year? i hope not because that is what it would take to even challenge the PS2 user-base.

DOA= Dead On Arrival...idiot

Well in the X-box\'s defense, it\'s kind of premature to say that it\'s only a little bit more powerful than the PS2. I think Kojima is great, but not till 2 years from now (or so) will we be able to see what system is capable of what. Maybe the PS2 will prove to be the superior beast with its EE, or perhaps the X-box will prove that PC-components are worthwhile. Only time will tell, and frankly, who cares?

data:

You are not a game designer nor have a PS2 or final XDK like hideo kojima...you know nothing about this.

All of my factual findings are based on the comments of industry experts...like hideo kojima

i\'m sorry if i sound rude..:)

n-player,

that\'s fine. I don\'t have a dev kit for either system. But Kojima as great as he is, can\'t say what a system is capable of doing 2 years from now.

That same great Kojima was whining and b\'tching not too long ago about how the PS2 was nowhere near the expectations that Sony led him to believe. How he had to sacrifice some things in MGS 2 because the PS2 couldn\'t do it. So... things change no?

For a person that hates Xbox and thinks it will die,  You sure do post a lot of messages about it.

If the Xbox dies, then it dies, but it sure looks like you are scared to death of xbox or you wouldn\'t be constantly posting messages about it.

We all know your scared of the xbox otherwise you would have zero posts about the subject.

It seems to me that a lot of people put out a lot of negative stuff about something when they are scared of it.

Hey, what do I care if you are scared of the Xbox or not, it just means Microsoft has been doing their job...

Good look on your smear compaign and good luck with your purchase of Xbox.

I have to agree with Datamage.  Only time will tell.

hideo kojima may be a good programmer but he\'s still human last I checked.  How many excellent people do you think went around preaching doom on the PSX or praise about the Saturn?

It doesn\'t matter what anyone says and that includes Billy-Goat-Gates.

The only reason people say sh!t like this is b/c they have no X-box or GameCube in their grubby little hands to see what it can do so they start making up sh!t.  It\'s really stupid.  Just a bunch of people talking out their ass.

data:

PS2 hard to develop for=yes
xbox hard to develop for=no

He can tell what xbox will do TODAY because he can use it to it\'s full potential right from the start(according to microsoft that is)...so unless you want me to belive xbox is as hard to develop for than PS2...YES we can know what xbox will do today and 10 years from now....and what do we know? that it fails to live up to the huge hype microsoft created for it...it is a huge disappointment and breaks it\'s promises...

Dwarrior(aka docwiz):

Scared of xbox? HA...hardly..unless of coarse you mean scared of it falling on me?

This thing this disgusting thing is a disappointment and i will address it as such...it is not wanted in the gaming industry and i for one will be willing to spend hours spreading the FACTS about it...

FACT is...PS2 will win this gen because of it\'s impressive games and graphics

FACT IS..xbox is nothing but a let down and will die due to mediocre games and overhyped graphics.

I remember PSX being supposedly EASY to develop for. Funny how TM2 looks much better than TM. Or Tomb Raider 3 looks better than Tomb Raider. OR RE2 looks better than RE. You get my point.

No developer could instantly fully tap a system upon it\'s very short arrival. Not even your personal idol Hideo.

OBVIOUS!!!

...but the Leap we\'ll see in PS2\'software will be much bigger due to the impressive learning curve!
He has the power of both worlds
Girl: What power… beyond my expectations?
AND IT\'S PERSONAL
Demon: No… the legendary Sparda!?
Dante: You\'re right, but I\'m his son Dante!

So once again Hideo\'s remarks are taken literally!

A few months ago, his remarks were seen by some as absolute proof that MGSX is NOT MGS2 because \'he hasn\'t even looked at the XBox\', some even going as far as claiming \'Hideo is not interested in the XBox\'!!!

Now, just several weeks later, he\'s supposed to be THE expert on XBox performance despite the fact that a) he\'s had VERY LITTLE time on the XBox itself, b) he\'s still mostly focussing on MGS2 for the PS2, and c) final NV2a based dev kits have yet to be shipped!!!

MGS2 is an incredibly important game for both Konami and for Sony, so he is never going to say the XBox "blows the PS2 away", regardless of how powerful it proves to be (such a statement WOULD harm sales of MGS2).

Assuming MGSX is MGS2, then except for FSAA and better lighting, I wouldn\'t expect it to look THAT much better than MGS2. This is Not because of power, but because it\'s a straight port of one of the most important titles for the PS2.

So that interview proves nothing Nplayer.

Just as you are not a games designer and that Hideo does NOT have the final XDK, since they are due to be shipped out very soon (obviously you didn\'t know that!).
