I\'m amazed some of you are in such a "row" over a techinal demo. Any company can pull techincal graphical tech demo\'s out of their a$$. Show me a *confirmed* game that looks like this, in real-time with all the gameplay functions going, then I\'ll be impressed. Until then, all it is a techinal demo that is really pointless.

Not to mention it is alot easier to tout graphical feats then it is to mention some kick ass somewhat original gameplay idea.

When that happens, I\'ll pay attenion.

Who gives a Flighing F***, about what it can do on a STATIC demo ?

This is a Classic exampke of FANBOYS Placing more on

GRAPHICS than GAMEPLAY !

No matter who much eye canddy you throw at the player, it\'s GAMEPLAY that makes people come back for more NOT Graphics !.

i think this thread did serve some use as we know know who is a MS or PS2 Fanboy and wHo isn\'t :rpissed:.

OOSEVEN Yawns and goes back to play some more Zone of Enders .

I think both sides looked pretty bad on this one.  It is a PC tech demo folks.  They ported it at the GDC for fun.  Everyone, just take a deep breath and let it go.

I am not all that impressed because it just what it is. A tech demo. It is so funny how ps2 fanboys are quick to throw out oh look at mgs2 and gt3 omg there are tons of games on ps2 and they only like throwing out 2. You know why because the rest  are not all that impressive.


The same standards I put on xbox I do the same for ps2. I could name countless ps2 games that  are below or par with dc games. And when xbox comes out I will do that same too it, but for now I will just continue to play madden and onimusha til some better games come out.(or xbox launches)
