Project Gotham Racing.....best looking racer ever?!?!?

Cars look better in PGR for sure, but i dont really see that much else that would make it soo much better of a game. If this was a "which game is better overall" thread, GT3 all the way. I love racing in cities where theres no cars on the road
Games Ive Owned:

GT3, GTA3, Baldur\'s Gate,
Nascar Thunder 2002

You have to look past the graphics in PGR in order to fully enjoy it. Not all can do that. Same story with MSR. I can look past the aliasing in the game and the lack of lighting. I think earning Kudos for your driving is way cool. Not being able to customize your car is a minus, but would have been nice. But 25+ Chapters of Hot Lap, Street Race, Challenges, and Championship races? Talk about an easy 50+ hour racer.
You think positive, I\'ll think realistic.

Since this thread has been bumped I\'d like to revisit a point I unintentionally reenforced that bothers me, the idea of GT3 being basically the same as GT2 with better graphics. While in essence true enough, it ignores other improvements that I\'m sure required a lot of effort to make happen.

Physics of handling on all the various cars are reportedly even more accurate, especially in rally mode. A big job considering how good they were to begin with and the number of variables that can be tweaked by the player. From what I\'ve read PPD also went to great lengths to reproduce more realistic sounds for each model car.

For all the gripe about lack of improved AI, they at least provided the option of being able to race against 5 other humans, intelligent or otherwise (IMO all the complaints about the AI stem from the computer controlled drivers not reacting correctly to the whiners own poor driving that would never be tolerated in a real race), yeah most of us will never get a chance to play with 3, PS2s, TVS  and copies of GT3 but the option is there.

Pressure sensitive controls, break-in periods, the effect of oil changes, details easily overlooked if you don\'t respond to the other subtleties that make GT such a great series.

To write off taking however much time it took to make GT3 as just stupid... well it\'s just not right.

Back on topic; which one looks better? I\'ll repeat, the notion that it can even being argued about should just crack PS2 fans up
