I completely understand what you mean by progressive and regressive.
It seems that while one part of the population of humans is evolving and contributing another even larger part is becoming more base and stupid and using the immense powers available to humans to destroy anything that gets in the way of thier comfort or entertainment.

Also, it seems as we make something that helps mankind it hurts nature.

Everyone who\'s disagreeing with me seems to think I\'m uncompasionate... I have plenty of unbalanced friends/family, and a disabled mother. I have a cousin with Downsyndrome. A aunt with serious chronic depression. I\'m coming at this from a altruistic point of view. Only a selfish person would force a psycho to use drugs just so he stays alive, and doesn\'t kill him/herself. This individual is by their very NATURE unfit to live. Don\'t fight it.
