Whats so good about the gamecube ?
seriously it can\'t play anything appart from games because the discs are so small so i eill probably only appeal to hardcore gamers even although the grapihics are gonna be good it probbably will fail:o :o

it makes toast just right, and if yer nice to it, it will be yer best buddy

beyond that, its worthless

for the same reason ps2 and xbox are good, THE GAMES

1) a coaster
2) a doorstop
3) something to prop up a table
4) something to hurl at your enemies
5) a target for target practice
6) a paper weight
7) a chair heightener (for little kids)
8) a stress reliever (take a baseball bat to it)
9) a small chair for fishing
10) a plant pot

Why does everyone want something more than a game machine. The PS2 and X-Box are nice and all because they play CDs and DVDs but seriously how many of those do you need? It\'s not like it\'s the same price as everything else just with less features, it\'s $100 cheaper than the rest, save the DC but we all know the unfortunate story of its fall. I think Nintendo has made the right moves so far and it certainly has enough great looking games to draw my interest from the X-Box, which has recently stoped short of impressing me. And besides the mini-DVD format is awsome, I was gonna get Sonic 2 on DC but with the kickass mini thingy im gonna wait. Because of its change from cartradge to disc I think Nintendo has drawn enough thirdparty developers to it to keep the great games coming, not to metion the already amazing first party team. Nintendo has plenty of money to pump into this project, from their amazing control of the handheld market, to keep the GC going for a while even if it sells poorly, which it might. Nintendo claims to be focusing more on adult games, which leaves me to ask what is up with Zelda, but even if that strategy fails they always have the younger market to keep the cash flowing. However, I personaly feel the GC will make up some of the ground it lost after the release of the 64 and will make a strong showing this generation, although, I could be wrong. Thats how I feel anyway.
