You must have to be blind to say gt3 blows away project gotham graphics.  I mean  I think if there one racer on the market that out does gt3 its pgr.  Ironfist thats gaming age opinioin like I said, heck gaming age also game doa3 a A+ which it deserve.  I know some people on this board will this disagree with that and some will agree with it.  People have different taste in games that all.......

Gosh, I was under the impression writing a new engine was a big deal. Didn\'t know all you had to do was whip one out and start pouring the old code through :rolleyes:

Anyone who bought GT3 and didn\'t know it was basically the same as GT2 with better graphics and a few other enhancements did so out of ignorance and only has themselves to blame. Same thing goes for those so bitterly dissapointed with the PS2 launch. There was no bait and switch. In game shots and reviews were everywhere before launch so what is with this tragic let down some people can\'t get over? While I respect your grit Ethan, at times you do sound like a damn crybaby.

The reason why I brought this up is at least MS cared even to launch a racing game to give to there gaming audineces.  A good racing  game at that.  Don\'t judge the game until you played it.

So what exactly are you saying?  That Gaming Age is a credible source because they gave DOA3 a good score, or that they are not a credible source because they said GT3 looks a lot better than PGR?  Were they "blind" when they were reviewing PGR?  Or were they "blind" when they were reviewing DOA3?

hehe  in quick race on hard levels,  the sun hits the buildings a way that it does look better. More sharper and more colors.  Even in the night at Tokyo.   I\'m not j/k.    Have you notice this  rastalant or Ethan_Hunt?  rastalant I got the Ferrari F355!  Wooohoo!!  Use the mini cooper on the quick race hard levels to get gold.  You have to use your GT3 skills and get in front.

I noticed that too.  Yes I got the Ferrari F355 which is awesome.  That\'s mainly the only car I was in it now.

Gaming age is a good source for review, but to say gt3 looks WAY better than project gotham is dumb.  What I"m saying is even if they gave project gotham a C+ thats there opinion even though I do not agree with it thats all.  DOA3 got an A+ but not everyone is going to agree with that score that all I\'m saying.

May I ask a question.... Why is it that you feel the need to post something having to do with xbox and graphics every day???

I haven\'t see the Project gotham so no real comparison from me. But I do believe the developers is the same as the guys who made MSR for DC.

And IMO, MSR on the DC have the same problem of flat lightning and texture.....maybe they\'re just sucky developers.

and personally, kudos system just suck(so did MSR).

ummm so if i must play this game for a long time then why do you have any judgement you have only played for several hours

i could rack up several hours at a  kiosk through the week - but would that give me proper judgement sure it would - because since you give judgement on graphics of other xbox titles through pics i think we can too - i mean how can malice look so awesome if you havent played it for several hours yet

see so dont start the yapping on how you have to play the game to judge graphics when you dont do that for other xbox games

well then maybe you should have said that before then huh

and i highly doubt you have played the GC very much so why do you diss it so often . . .hmmmm little hyprocrtical if you ask me - because you can only really play it enough hours as you say if you own it so maybe you should invest more time in those kiddy games and you may find them to your liking instead of walking by a kiosk and saying "wow that looks gay" or looking at site and movies and saying the samething

How do you get the 355?, i haven\'t play much pgr at the moment, because i just got a surround sounds, and am finshing off halo( didn\'t want to finsh until i got my surround sound, it was hard waiting for it, i wanted to play bad!).
Also why did GT3 get such good scores, when must people say GT3 is just GT2 with better graphics, to me that does not deserve the scores it got, also all that crap about AI they still drive into you.
But in PGR the cars will try to go around you, if you drive towards them they will try and move out of the way.
And how can you sit there and say GT3 does not have jaggies in it, that is just pure crap,a jaggie is a jaggied edge, and i think you will find that GT3 has quiet alot, and don\'t say it must be your tv because i have got a Sony wega and it is going through s-video.
It is funny how most of you guys will miss out on a great game, just because it isn\'t on the ps2, you are very sad indeed!
