Of course PC\'s have better graphics than consoles but I would much rather play a game like GTA3 on console over sitting at a computer desk with awkward controls.

Looks good but and I\'ll be getting it.  BUT I\'m sure I\'d still prefer it on my 32" TV with 600-watt sound system.  To put it simply they are different, almost to the point of apples and oranges, but close enough to have people dogmatically take sides.

To each his own.

Edit:  Hmmm, thinking about it more it\'ll probably be the mods that will put this version over the top.  I\'m sure there will be some clowns out there that will let you play as OJ , drive an Escudo, and fire off a nuclear-powered minigun.  And that\'s why I\'ll be buying this version too! :eyemouth:

mm - you\'re forgeting that GTA3 was running using a renderware graphics-engine. The graphic engine wasn\'t build to take big advantage of the PS2\'s performance - so a comparasment is pretty lame.

Even xbox doesn\'t match PC.  A high end PC with a GF4 puts all consoles to shame.

x box really isnt even a console... more like a scaled down pc just for games it even uses pc graphic cards...

I know, well a high end PC is good for more things than one and GF4 cost 399$ but will last you a long time.

i will give it to the pc that you can add add ons to your games but i will refuse to give it more credit...but that may all change when the play station two hard drive is released.heheh.. .. .
