Nothing beats playing Mario Kart on a buzz...alcohol tends to push aside the hostility that game brings all to often.

that or being a pro with green shells...I owned battle mode.

I pulled off the Wario Stadium shortcut like two times...I could usually catch up with boost and if I happen to be near them with shells it was all over.

The Rainbow Road shortcut was always 50/50 when trying to execute it...extremely frustrating.

Sorry, Mario Kart has nothing on 8 player Halo.

I suppose nobody played or knew of a little game called Death Tank...
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

For one thing, just the logistics of setting that up are an enourmous burden.  Plus, it\'s still just a racing game.

I thought VF4 was arcade perfect and that Sega said they found no difficulty on developing on PS2 and that if PS2 can handle VF4 then it can also handle DOA3.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED NOW???

I also thought Skies of Arcadia was coming on PS2 too.

They said it would be...obviously you haven\'t played or seen it on PS2.  It\'s not arcade perfect, but it\'s not a bad port either.

I almost forgot about this...they had stated this about 3-6 months prior to finishing up VF4.  I bet it\'s a different story now...

Can PS2 handel DOA3...I believe if they were to port it, you would see a slight graphical degrade...Slight, but noticeable.

Late 2003 or 2004!!! GC will be getting it first...my bets are they are tweaking the graphics and giving it a bit more engaging battle system...I hope they are anyway.

Whats the difference in graphical quality between the PS2 and the arcade version?I ve read that the only difference is that there are very very few parts of the backround on the PS2 that are not 3D.

That\'s one of the differences...another is there are some jaggies.  They aren\'t like stick\'em in your eyes apparent, but noticeable.  That and some of the stages and characters seem to have lost a little bit of graphical flair found in the arcade version.

Like I said, it\'s not a bad port.  The problems are very minor and nothing to ***** about.  However, it is not arcade perfect...

As with the rest of the game, the PS2 port isn\'t quite as polished.  Once again, I will say that it\'s not that big of a deal.  I suggest playing the game for yourself, and you be the judge...

worse textures, MUCH worse lighting, much shimmering and jaggies, etc. Gameplay = intact!
