Sony has said that its up to the devs.. It will work like on PC. Do you know how it works on PC?
Once EA reels some of you gullible bastards in, the fee will kick in. and Xbox only has a start up fee for the first year, just like PS2 and GC have.
And you know this how? Oh right, you dont.
Its not a fee you pay on Ps2. You buy the Broadband Adapter, you dont need to sign up on anything. The BBA costs $39.99.
On Xbox you buy the "start-up package" which costs $50 (or was it 55?) where you get a whole year on Xbox Live. After a year you must pay $10/month.. But Im sure you know this.
PS2 does not have NHL2K2 online, nor PSO, KotOR, Counterstrike, etc.
Right, and Xbox does not have Socom, Ace Combat, Tribes, REO, TimeSplitters 2 ect.
Counterstrike or Timesplitters 2...hmmmmm.
Its about personal taste.. I already have CS on my PC and I can play it for free and download extra stuff for free.
1. some games will then have slowdown on PS2 if you are playing against a 56k user.
How do you know? I heard it worked pretty good on DC.
3. that\'s great, XBox has more in development
There are plenty more in development on PS2 that has not been announced
.. Oh and how many of those Xbox online games will be good, ya think?
