yes, i played it for a few levels

after thru the same level 3 times (halo desease), i got bored

the games a letdown, just like most hyped xbox games (hunter, morrowwind, enclave, etc.)

seems the only ones i like are the ones noone talks about

you more than likely missed Naflagar\'s Pit(sp?)

That level was very impressive...though extremely hard.

Yeah,  WTF happened to 300+ developers.  I have sustained myself on Halo and Morrowind long enough.  It\'s not that there are no decent games.... but damnit they\'re just no fun.  I feel like i am in one blurry little Xbox carrousel where every developer is the same.

Inverted Aim!?!  Gah!  I don\'t like that :)

But I give it a go.  I\'ll go on a renting spree this weekend (maybe) and post my impressions in here.

I agree with GV with the same levels over and over.  This is no joke.   I went to pit 3 and damn! Samething.  But its still a great old school game.   But the letdown games?  Morrowind and Enclave is no let down.    Morrowind will take a person a year to do 100% of all the quests in the game.  It\'s too long!!  This kind of game play will kill someone.  Enclave I think is the sweetest game to hit the Xbox!

Hunter is a fine game.

Morrowind has got excellent reviews from every source.

Enclave is a great game.  Even though I only had time to play the first four levels (and the bonus one), it was fun.

Yeah I hated the inverted on GV.  I now have switched from normal to inverted with every game--it took a while to adjust (especially with FPSs), but it\'s now as if its always been that way.

The levels aren\'t the same--not like in Halo (and even in halo the only levels that are really bad are the snow and library ones).  They are different parts of the same level, so the texture pack used it the same.  It\'s not as if the archetecture is the same.

And it\'s not as if GV is the only game that reuses textures.

And I\'ll say this: what has any other console had this summer that has been better.  The xbox isn\'t the only console that is going through a drought right now, although you wouldn\'t know it if your only source of information was this forum.

hmm, did you just do what you think you did Watch..
the genious is at it again!

First, you go and say Morrowind got excelent reviews, then you say Enclave is a great game.. but neglected to mention it got HORRIBLE reviews.. geeze
Double standards.. Your word is aparently better then reviews, but reviews are just fine if you never played it, and/or did not like the game.

The ps2 had a better lineup this summer, and actually the gamecube did too with Ethernal Darkness..

Your definition of a fine game must be substantially lower then ours. Your incredible anti-anything-othe-then-ms mind just can\'t see that.. I really do feel bad for you, you could be enjoying other games, but you stick in one place. You have my sympathy

Chrono enlighten us with what made PS2\'s lineup this summer so mcuh better xbox\'s.  And same could be said about you being anti-anything-that-is-m$.  And I\'m sure he doesn\'t want your "sympathy".

First of all Bozco, why do you defend him.. geeze, defend someone worthwhile.

Based on games that came out in the past 3 months:

PS2:

80\'s
Aggressive Inline
Medal of Honor: Frontline
Wipeout Fusion
Mark of Kri, The

70\'s
Freekstyle
Way of the Samurai
Sky Gunner
DropShip
Stuntman
Romance of the Three Kingdoms VII
Test Drive

Xbox:
80\'s
Aggressive Inline
Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind
World Series Baseball 2K3

70\'s
Hunter: The Reckoning
Outlaw Golf
Crazy Taxi 3
Enclave
Test Drive

Which had a better lineup?

Lets throw gamecube in here:

90\'s
Eternal Darkness

70\'s
Bomberman Generation
Lost Kingdoms

The gamecube was the only console with a AAA title over the summer..
Interestingly enough it, this summer alone, ties the xbox on AAA titles.. geeze

Oh, poor stupid Chrono.

___________
hmm, did you just do what you think you did Watch..
the genious is at it again!
___________

Take a reread numb-nuts.  And that genius would be who?

Fristly, Enclave didn\'t get horrible reviews.  It got fair to good reviews.  I disagreed.  Morrowind got excellent reviews universally, and how many times have I said I disagree with those reviews? How many times have I said it\'s a horrible game?

I disagree with reviews all the time.  I\'m not some automoton that hates all things MS.  I\'m not a complete joke around here.  And how laughable is it that you are giving me a lecture on fanboyism?

So GC wins the summer with one game release?  That\'s an interesting theory.  If reviews are gospel to you, and it got mixed reviews mind you, why are you going on about it?

PS2 has had a better summer?  What has been out that changed the world?  Did you take your finger out of your nose to pick at straws instead?

And please, before you insult my intellegence, perhaps you should take a look at your last post.  I find you stupider every time I read a new post from you.  There is something seriously wrong with the educational system in Florida.  I can\'t believe that it considers your prose as passable english.

Here\'s a starter tip: look up the difference between then and than you moron.

It was the only AAA ranked game this summer averaging 90.7% in reviews. Thats hardly mixed reviews.
Even MGS2 got "mixed reviews"

Wipeout Fusion didn\'t get 80s neither did Kri.

Plus you left out games for all systems, and by which bible are you basing these scores on?

And please do look up the difference between then and than.

Yes they did, sorry to hear you can\'t belive thats possible watch.
Once again I sincerly sympathize you.

Mark of Kri 82%

Wipeout Fusion 83%
http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/4502.asp

I left out games on the xbox and gamecube list if they were previously released on another system NOT in the summer (IE splashdown).

The list may not be 100% pefect, but it does give a general idea of what was released this summer and what they ranked.
