Space Shutttle Cloumbia Explodes!

yes, the Space Shuttle columbia exploded on re-entry. they lost contact about 30 mins ago and there are live shots of stuff falling from the sky which are probly the remains of the ship.  
There was a big explosion heard around dallas texas about 45 mins ago.......


edit:  it is still considered missing..........

Yes there is some kind of ejection capsule system.It\'s just the crew cabin I think.In 86 at least 1 crew member survived the initial explosion so there is still a chance.

If not,rest in peace you brave explorers.They knew the chances of this happening and they still went.So would I.

here is some more info:

something hit the left wing on takeoff but NASA looked over the takeoff and they said it wouldnt be a problem......I gues they were wrong........the ceramic tiles are very fragile......and if even one is gone it is a VERY bad thing.........

Wasn\'t it on the news yesterday that they had completed some 80 experiments on wieghtless and incests interacting in the enviorment? Something to that degree, I don\'t remember the exact number or the exact erxperiments.. Truly a sad thing, a crew of brave explorers lost and a lot of valueable data.
