Yep its baaad! But both murders seem to be the work of lone lunatics though, no real network behind them. One doped up drug addict (Im 100% sure it was Pettersson) and the other, we will see.. He\'s clearly psychopathic though.

Latest news is that the police have several suspects, all are known criminals.. They are tracking them down right now.

The Police also has 6 "hot" leads to go on.

1. The clothes, they found a cap and a jacket. They have been sent to SKL so they can look for traces of blood, DNA and skin samples from the murderer.

2. Shoe prints.
They have secured several shoe prints in the area.

3. Security Cameras.
The Security Cameras are being looked at to see if they snapped a photo of the guy. So far no positive news.

4. The knife.
They will try to find prints on the weapon. It will be pretty hard since the knife handle had a pattern.. Also the person who found the weapon took it in his hand before informing the police (dumbass!)

5. Witnesses.
The Police keeps getting more and more witnesses as the time goes on. A lot of witnesses have seen the man so when he it caught he will be easy to point out in a line-up.

6. Fingerprints.
They have secured several "interesting" prints from the crime scene.

Also, on a poll on the website of the biggest newspaper in Sweden they asked "Do you think the police will solve the murder of Anna Lindh" .. Yes 40.9 % , No 51.7%, Dont know 7.4% ..

So you see, the people dont have a lot of trust in them (since the Palme murder.. But IMO it was solved, Christer Pettersson IS guilty (Palmes wife IDENTIFIED HIM!).. Its just that the murder weapon was missing.)

The suspect, caught on camera on another floor a few minutes before the murder. As you can see he wears the same type of cap as the police have recovered. It seems like they got a good picture.

But why the HELL did the newspaper leak the photo when the Police didn’t want them to? And how the hell did they get the photo?

That\'s a very clear pic, apart from the censoring of course. Somebody must know him from that pic and I think it will only be a matter of time before he is caught.

Latest news: The Police say they think they know who he is, and that they\'ll get him within 2 days.
They are certain he\'s still in Stockholm.

EDIT: Back from the conference, the Police denied that they have arrested anyone. They didn’t want to comment on if he was identified or not. Rumours however are saying that they have identified him and that he has been (don’t know the correct English words but..) "arrested in his absence".

Interesting.. But I read somewhere that he said something to one of the witnesses right after the attack, and that he spoke Swedish.

Also, rumours circulating right now is that the Police are looking for his girlfriend in Stockholm.

Aftonbladet just put a new story on their site. It says that the man (they say on the site that he is "anhållen i sin frånvaro"/"arrested in his absence"(?), but the Police refused to confirm this.) is 35 years old, is known to carry a knife, and that he is known in the right-extremist groups. He is "friends" with several known Nazis.

They picked him up in a restaurant near Råsunda.
If it’s the murderer he might aswell confess right now, they got his DNA and possibly his fingerprints, plus over 20 witnesses can point him out.

I hope its finally over!

Good!  Nail that bastard to the wall!   If you need him executed, I think we have some idle electric chairs in Illinois.
