MLB Playoffs - Can this year top last years?

Even if Schilling does pitch well and we do force game 7, who the heck would start that game?  We don\'t have enough arms left to win the series.

It would be a first if they came back from being three down. The Yankees will not lose two more and the Sox will once again rip the heat out of every fan.

Sometimes it\'s just better if they would lose and not put their fans through this.

Neither does NY. If Schilling has the ability to push off on his ankle I\'ll take the Sox\'s chances against Lieber. No team has ever won a 7 game series after being down 3-0; but no team has forced a game 7 either. Schilling is the reason I had so much faith in this team to begin with so I am hoping/praying for a miracle.

Gordon and Rivera have already pitched two games in a row. This game will be won by whatever pitcher goes the longest. These two bullpens are spent.

All respect for A-Rod, GONE!  Swatting the ball out of the fielders hand, embarassing.  Not suprising from the Yankees though.

Schilling...a true warrior.  This has to go down as one of the most courageous efforts in a while.

A-Rod...proving he\'s a true yankee: a true A-hole.

And the Sox, making history.

**** YES!

it was enjoyable reading through this thread from the beginning.  I can\'t believe how insanely well Schilling pitched tonight, and that blood soaking his sock... he\'s gonna be the stuff of legend for Boston fans if they can go all the way with this.

Like someone above me said.... **** You Yankees!!!!

Yeah game 7 is the one where they rip our hearts out...

3 things -

1) Schilling pitched amazing
2) NY Fans still think they can play god on the baseball field.
3) Arod is an Ahole - trying to cheat

I\'m in amazement that there is a game 7, but it seems too good to be true.

My fucking heart......I think I am going gray.

These Yankee-Sox series are taking years off my life. I\'m looking at 2009 tops if I don\'t get out of Boston.

Details on why Arod is an a hole.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

Arod hit a dribbler down the line with Jeter at first.  The pitcher got to the ball, put it in his glove, and stuck his glove out to take Arod on the run.  Arod then proceded to swat the arm of the glove while running down the line.   The dumbass ump whos trying to ride the Yankees cock meanwhile signals him safe before he even touched the bag (he ran out the line and past the base and the ump still signaled safe, go figure).  Jeter starts pumping his fist as he runs home after the ball went flying.

The umps get together and call Arod for interference and he has the nerve to argue the call!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit I am impressed at the spirit that this team shows. I still know that my heart has been crushed too many times to get too excited, though.
