PAL games run at 25 fps, not 30, so I guess the difference is even more noticable over here. Halo is slow and unresponsive, but you don\'t really notice it because the gameplay suits it, meaning that it\'s not that bad. If you compare it to any PC based first person shooter or i.e. TimeSplitters, you\'ll notice that the difference in controls is like night and day.
Another example is Metal Gear Solid 2 versus part 3. MGS2 runs at 60, while part 3 at 30. You don\'t really notice a big difference until you switch into that first person view and start aiming with your weapon and especially need to turn around quickly while searching for your target to shoot at. Because of the slower framerate, you\'ll notice that the controls are less spot on.
There are people that don\'t notice the difference. If you\'re one of them, I envy you.
