No.The problem is that they let people have guns.Accidents are about to happen.
You dont know who\'s the dumbass.And society is full with them.Yet people are being let to own guns without taking into considerations these possibilities

What a dick head.

If you are putting a target up to shoot at, you put it up against a tree or a wall so the bullet has something to stop it\'s path. You don\'t put it in the middle of the garden where people can walk behind it without noticing.

Guns are created for killing things
As for archery its hard to use, and you dont listen to people trying to kill people with an arrow and a bow.
People arent interested at it unless they are into the sport.While guns people may buy them just like that.And its not a hard thing to use.

Killling things isn\'t the problem. Killing things is nessicary.

The problem is that no one was aware the kid was there.... Wether anyone is at fault for not watching the kid, i dunno.

A kid recently choked on a peice of candy and died around here in new york somewhere, it is really unfortunate but accidents happen.

I havent heard to many accidental scissor deaths, or too many kids accidentally killing their buddy with a crossbow.  I\'m kind of with Cyprus on this.  Stupid people shouldn\'t have guns.  Guns aren\'t toys.  If your a hunter, bring it hunting.  They  don\'t need target practice in the back yard.
