It\'s a big quinky-dink you just now stepped up and said you went to E3. Not to mention even if you did, you\'re in the minority. The media has stated over and over it was a blast to play the Wii, so once again, it boils down to opinion. Learn what that means.

I still file your E3 claim under bullshit - but whatever. If you did play it , more power to you. It still gives you no ground on the Wii being no fun, simply because every other media outlet loved the Wii.

 Actually I think it got mixed impressions. The biggest "praise" at E3 was based on the huge waiting lines and people who wanted to try it.

 Despite that the videogame media are optimistic that certain issues in some games will be solved.

 I dont think a few minutes of play at E3 are enough to conclude wether its a blast to play it for hours

just watching a video of it in action tells me it\'s gonna be lame

i used to be roomates with a guy that "tilted" the controller when he played GT1 8 years ago.

What I figured was that Sony is going to refine the controller a bit more. Such excessive movement would make anyone look like a total butt clamp.

That guy was exaggerating. You just tilt it. It\'s basically like the controller has six buttons in it that you press by tilting the controller toward the button. (left, right, front, back, up, down)

well istill think it\'s gonna be be kind of lame to be playin games like that on the wii..for me personally anyway,...i think if any of my menz came over and i wanted them to a play a game with the wii controller, they might end up whoopin\' my ass for askin\' them to play it.....nintendo has and always will cater to the younger gen...yea you have a few adults that grew up with mario and donkey kong, but for for the most part they depend on the younger set...

but on the flip side they have a nice price advantage,....as far as ps3 is concerned and i still say,..what is going to happen after the holiday season? will the average consumer still front 499 - 599 for a console? i honestly don\'t think so,...again i applaud nintendo for trying something different, but that wii controller thingy is not gonna appeal to me,..it seems like that they are on some ol quirky s**t that the japenese gamers and some americans like...

i think we can applaud both ms and sony for bringing us gaming systems in general that can play dvd\'s in general. it was a nice touch in 2001, even tho it wasn\'t really needed,...i\'d really just be happy if ms and sony just tried to create only gaming consoles and stop tryin to be the all in one...i remenber the ps2 was supposed to be the all in one and by the time this idea is fully realized it\'s time for new consoles to come out all over again...

just concentrate on the typical graphics and performance upgrade. i\'m pretty sure the masses will be happy with that...anything else, we have pc\'s for....i just thought of something,..where are we in terms of bits on these consoles?...i kinda lost track after the 32 bit era...

He was not exaggerating anything. He was really playing it in the conference and he had to move in such a manner to do normal turns and whatnot. He also did a very butchered landing in the end.

Like I said, this will most likely be remedied by the time the system comes out.

Well he did it try to make it seem like that\'s how it worked, so I guess he succeeded in your case. But it\'s just a tilt sensor, regardless of how spastic he was while demoing the feature.

I didn\'t have to wait in line.  Don\'t believe me.  I got to play the 360 before it was released also, and I went to E3 last year.  It happens, people get jobs, some jobs have perks.  

Had I come on here trupetting Wii, I\'m sure you\'d believe me then.  But whatever helps your world view.

You should learn what opinion is. You are going around stating the Wii isn\'t fun, as if it is a fact, you are never saying that in your OPINION it isn\'t fun. Learn what it is, then get back to us.
