You still tryin\' to keep this game alive?....i was done with it a couple of posts up, i even congradulated the giants but whatever,.... hmmm so i guess NEVER in the history of the game that a team has or it\'s been stated that they beat themselves when they could\'ve defeated the other team?....riiight...it\'s been stated over a hundred times for various teams...I\'t\'s already been stated in some articles that the giants recieved some help from the cowboys themselves in the way of PENALTIES....i watched the game and the gmen were not the cause of those costly penalties...

They were not harrassin\' romo all day... yea they got some pressure late in the game, but it wasn\'t like "wow romo is gettin hit and hammered all day long"....the giants basically didn\'t have to do anything,...in key 3rd down situations somebody ended up doin\' somethin\' stupid and the gmen capitalized on it,...not because of pressure and not because of costly INT\'s again i know that they are part of the game, but dallas did it to themselves,...not because the giants did it....and i said wasn\'t gonna repeat myself again.....oh well...

The Giants were the cause of some.  Bottom line is, going into any given game, either team COULD win.  So coming out of a tough loss, you can always tell yourself you could have won the game.  Doesn\'t really mean much though.

Just like it doesn\'t mean much when you know your won not because they had more talent, but because the other team just played one of their worst games.

Don\'t think the cowboys have more talent? Well okay, I guess the pro bowl status for players doesn\'t mean a thing.

I can explain three CRUCIAL plays in the 4th.

Romo getting sacked for 15 yard losses - twice and the Intentional Grounding call.

You could have an entire team of pro bowlers but if they all choke it doesn\'t mean that much now does it.

Talent is more than just stats.

Week 1-17 Pro bowlers don\'t matter if they don\'t show up for the playoff :)... The best TEAM won, just because  you have a bunch of pro bowlers doesn\'t mean you are the best TEAM. Football is a true team sport unlike some others.

Who\'s in the Pro Bowl varies greatly year to year.  There\'s no way the actual talent of those players varies that much.

My picks for this week...

Giants over the boys
Packers over the seabags
San Diego over the Colts
New England over the jags

2 upsets, 2 favorites

Who is this guy? All your picks were right.

I think everyone needs to get off TO\'s back. That was a major upset to them because there is noway did they expect to lose. They said Jerry Jones had given everybody two tickets NFC championship.  The wrong Manning is still in the post season.

On a lighter note who is picking the chargers over the pats? Should be a good game seems as if I could care less for each team. I think I hate the chargers the most with their cocky attitudes. But we all want to finally see the pats lose.

Everyone knows in the NFL it is very difficult to defeat a team 3 times in a season, especially since that team is typically within your division, you guys act like the Giants are a team of slouches. The Giants came a hell of a lot closer to beating the Patriots compared to the Cowboys and nearly any other team except the Eagles and Ravens.

And as I stated before anyone not giving the Giants a chance against the Packers obviously haven\'t been watching any of the Giants games the past few weeks.

You know what?,...you\'re nothing but a GIANT ass kisser!...:D...seriously tho i kinda on tha fence between the gmen and the packers....as crazy as it sounds i don\'t hate the gmen as much as i used to...i think Eli has something to do with that...i like how he has evolved into the qb he is today....and he seems like in real life he wouldn\'t be a jerk...

On the flip-side of that i\'ve always liked brett...that guy is a class act...his team could be down 42-7 and he\'ll sometimes find ways to beat you with his gunslinger attitude (tho sometimes that can hurt him and his team)....and come this sunday i feel the gmen are just gonna blitz the s**t out of him...brett isn\'t agile or mobile at all and if you could mess up his rythm, i see the packs struggling a bit, well that is if the gmen shut down the decent running game the packers finally have....still i see the giants winnin\' this one...

Also, if he Giants are strong anywhere, its in their ability to get pressure even without sending in extra guys.  When it gets to third and long and they\'re rushing Strahan, Osi, and Tuck, it\'s really hard to pick up.
