Whose getting Rock Band?

Alright - who here is going to pick up Rock Band?  I am picking up the game itself, will use my Guitar Hero controller for the time being. Really can\'t justify the whole purchase, until I see if I like it or not. If so, I\'ll just pick up the drum kit when it comes out.  Damn, a buttload of games out....I\'m still playing TF2, The Witcher, Assassin\'s Creed and now this comes out when Mass Effect does (wife is picking that up for me, it\'s our anniversary).

I\'m not picking it up just yet. 1) don\'t have enough cash, 2) don\'t have a PS3 3) I don\'t even have guitar hero 3 yet :(

Will probably be getting this before Guitar hero, neither are in the near future though, sometime after christmas is my guess.  Will be too damn hard to find before then.

we just got our shipment in at our store and the supply is pretty low to be honest - we had prolly combined over 200 GH3 Bundles come in across all platforms and with Rock Band we got like 20 Total Bundles for 360/ps3

so yea... if u want it hit up store of ur choice tomorrow cuz i doubt u see it restocked more then once between now and xmas. ill let yall know how it is - i plan to get it tomorrow altho im kinda bummed about not going to have 2nd guitar for bass right away

Got my copy on my lunch break , all the local wal-marts had around 3 copies, so I\'d expect a high demand on Ebay.
Should also be noted, I broke down and bought the big package.

The guitar section\'s are way easier than Guitar Hero 3, on medium, I am five starring everything on my first try.

I need to pick this game up, been addicted to Guitar Hero for a long time. Still can\'t get past that damn Freebird on expert though, its just impossible. :(

I didn\'t realize that these would be in short supply, I was at Best Buy today on my lunchbreak and they had like 5 or 6 setting out for Xbox360... I would have bought one or two if I knew.  They are already going for over $200 on ebay.

Love taking advantage of the desperate parents around Christmas :thumb:

yea got mine and had 3 friends over last nite sadly since gh3 controller doesnt work on ps3 version i have to put my bassist on hold till feb. when the seperate ones come out

overall i think its pretty sweet and the easyness of guitar is because they want it to be a lil more user friendly - also helps if u play some of the harder songs - u can tell which those are if u make set list. Drums are mad fun imo but quite difficult on hard+ - they even stated if u can play drums on expert u can really play the drums
