My opinion stupid?  Take a look at what you wrote.

Obama.
I hate the rest.
Plus he\'s black. That\'s history.
I\'d settle for HIllary.
She\'s a woman.
That\'s history.
Plus I hate the rest.

Pot, Kettle, Black.

Seems I found someone willling to vote for him just because he IS black.

Thanks for proving my point. :D

Mine was in jest.
Your\'s wasn\'t.

Nice try tho\'.  Next time at least think before trying to dig up a post. That post is so obviously sarcasm at it\'s finest. Where as your post was just being a racist ignorant prick.

I don\'t regard you with enough intelligence to make such a post in jest.  Actually, I don\'t believe for one minute it was in jest.  Go back to your reading your comic books or posting in console discussion where you have somewhat of a leg to stand on.

Because I don\'t like someone\'s name it is racist?  How easily that word is thrown around.  I have already explained why I didn\'t think he was the best candidate - seems you focused a little too much on my last statement about his name.

The fact that you refuse to vote on these things .

1: People will vote because he\'s black, so you won\'t vote?

2: He has an Arabic name or whatever.

You can try to play this off or undermine due to the fact I read "comic books", as if that somehow makes you so much more mature. But you\'re the one, who has now been called out by me and other members for showing your ignorance . Ignorance based off of race.

I refuse to vote for him based on the sole fact that he is black.  Is it that hard to read into??  Now, for the 50th time I am asking for reasons I should vote for him.

It seems sarcasm is lost on you.  Samwise got it, but you and Viper seemed to totally miss it.  Who cares.  The question I have been asking remains unanswered...

I am trying to figure out what the fascination with Obama is from people that support him and the media.  For the life of me, I don\'t see the difference other than the color of his skin.  I have noticed people have voted for him the poll and I am looking for one of them to give me a reason other than race.  You can see their issues in a thumbnail side by side at the link below.  They all seem pretty similar to me.

http://www.thebostonchannel.com/compare-candidates/index.html

And if I really am so racist - why have I repeatedly said throughout this thread that I would vote for him depending on his opponent - due to the fact I dislike their views more.

Unfortunately, most people will vote for him due to his skin color, because after all - it is the progressive thing to do.

Well let me just say this..giga according to your logic Obama will be the next prez hands down...i\'d like to give you the benefit of the doubt and maybe there was some sarcasm in your statements, but it seemed like you was being more "serious" in your statements than relatively joking.....Obama has a chance tru enough but the reality is that there are racist assholes that won\'t vote for him because of his skin,..he already had to deal with numerous scenarios of racial threats during his campaign...

Like i stated earlier white folk don\'t have a problem with black folk votin\' for them...it\'s not like when there all white candidates the african american race just didn\'t vote,...nope we came out and voted for that white person, but because this person is black, the s**t is a big issue,..shame really that some still have that 60\'s mentality....it\'s funny how black folk have never brought up the issue of race when votin\' for somebody white, but some of you white folk are pretty much having a heart attack over a candidate that\'s not even president yet....

If he wins the nomination he will win the Presidency.  The only thing that could mess him up now is Hillary because she has enough electorates promised to her.

Woohoo - McCain up in NH.  I am a bit puzzled by the close race that Hil-Dog is giving Obama.

After seeing McCain in 2000 and McCain now - he seems a lot more calm than he did then.

That\'s good news for obama...:thumb:...i really don\'t hate hillary tho,..only for the fact that even if she becomes prez,..i know that her hubby will probably be coachin\' her on the sidelines...i just think hillary is a bit robotic and doesn\'t really connect with folks when she speaks....i still think that a Obama/Hillary meaning prez/vice prez or vice versa would be huge for the next eight years...but it doesn\'t seem that they would chose each-other from the way they\'re beefin\'...

I said blacks will vote for him mostly because of his race.  Real Time with Bill Maher a few weeks ago had him going through a mall asking blacks who they were going to vote for and all except one said they were voting for Obama - one even said "the black guy" even though he knew nothing of about any of the candidates let alone their names.

Dick Morris also had a good point that Hillary wanted to lose SC badly to polarize the rest of the primary between blacks and whites.  Even if Hillary gets 3/4 of the white vote and almost none of the black vote she will still win.  If anyone thinks race and gender have nothing to do with candidate preference they are fooling only themselves.

Should be an interesting Super Tuesday.

Well what you\'d expect? they don\'t call us the minority for nothing....you guys are the majority!...:p...Obama just needs to be smart, and he has been... if he comes off as bein pro-black he\'ll lose the white support he has in a heartbeat...as it stands he\'s been maintaining a very balanced movement...i still think hillary is going to win it all regardless of the republicans...but i feel it\'s going to be a very tight campaign between Obama and hillary right to the very end...

I don\'t know - tracking polls indicate that Clinton is losing support, especially over the past month.  I will give one thing to Obama, he is an excellent speaker and is running a good campaign.  His major drawback is that he is a freshman Senator and a lot view his lack of experience as a handicap.
