Escort Mission? You mean with Eva?

Anything where you have to make sure the random idiot AI character doesn\'t die is an escort mission in my eyes.  Fucking hate em.

I think I ended up knocking her out and carrying her.

just watched mgs2...so damn confusing.

*spoilers* i guess..if i had never played it there might be some other people

1) How did liquid\'s arm get onto ocelot? it would make more sense if ocelot wasn\'t with the patriots

2) Was the whole thing to test raiden\'s obedience? then got muffed when solid snake showed up? Seems like a lot to go through to test one person\'s obedience

3) Why was raiden still a fag about rose even though she said she was a spy and talked a massive amount of shit in the end? made no sense

4) What was la-lu-lei-lu er whatever? the name was so fucked up and random that i couldnt compute what it was

1)If you have played MGS1 you would have remembered Ocelot losing his hand. Solidus has funded to transplant Liquid\'s hand to Ocelot\'s. Perhaps he was the immediate compatible sample.
Ocelot is a triple agent but his main bosses are the Patriots. He was neither with Solidus or the Russian\'s for real. He was using them to manipulate them and steal information for the Patriots. I think it makes perfect sense especially if you play MGS3

2) It was NOT to test Raiden\'s obedience. It was an experiment to collect data from. The experiment was to test whether human/social behavior can be manipulated and formed accordingly by determining the information we receive and in general the environment in which we live in. Raiden was the sample. The model under which the sample was going to be tested was that of the Shadow mosses because of its extreme circumstances. Raiden behaved as they expected and the general outcome was as they expected. Which means the orchestration of the events has made everyone act exactly as they should have had. While they thought everything they have done was a result of their own decisions and random events taking place, they were all placed on purpose in a defined environment, and made to act in certain ways.

3) Not all of the "shit" came from her. A large portion came from the Patriots. He wasnt sure if it was her or the Patriots. He was also worried that she was another victim of the patriots especially when he was told that she is pregnant and wired just like Olga\'s child. And lets not forget that she admitted that she loved him for real at the end.

4) It is not exactly random. La Lei Lu Lai Lo has its roots from the Japanese alphabet. I do not know the details, but I used to be a member of A "go" club (Japanese board game) and one of the guys there studied a bit Japanese and he was showing us some things and he mentioned the "La Lei Lu Lai Lo". I do not know the purpose of it in MGS2 though or what it means in the Japanese alphabet. edit: btw some suggest that it is the work of nanomachines hiding their "name" whenever someone was trying to mention them. Whenever someone was going to mention them their nanomachines automatically replaced their name with that phrase.

I think they gave MGS3 the same 8...they don\'t like any MGS Game.
anyway, thanks to them now it\'s 9.6 average by 18 reviews. (Famitsu perfect!)  :)

9.9? 9.7? 94%?

I hate when reviewers think they can assign a number to a game on a scale of one to 100. For most reviews, the numbers are so few it can relate to words. 10 = awesome, 9 = great.

But 9.7? Really? Maybe it was just an average, but otherwise I think if you think you can pinpoint a game\'s quality specifically on a scale of 1 to 100 (or 0.1 to 10.0) you should be smacked.

I rate this thread 6 wheelbarrows.

you are telling us the obvious :)

they are just reviews with a score.  you have an average and all the final comments of all the reviewers.   just to have an idea.

90 minute ending.

SOUNDS AWESOME LOL
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.
