World War 3?!

Well all this pollution/environment-saving/ozone-protecting talk is nice but I think we\'ve destroyed the original meaning of this thread.

Its not the Warsaw pact.
The Warsaw pact is the Treaty that Russia Signed with all of its puppet goverments, in response to NATO.
Nato is the agreement we have with Britian, France,..Etc...
Also NATO, is a pact in response to any threat from RUSSIA, not China.
If we were to go to war with China, Britian would probably help us, but I highly doubt that France would help us.
The next war we get into, we are going to have not nearly as many allies as we think. Most countries are pissed off by our Bullying Mentatlity, and want us to fall flat on our face.

Russia IS NOT the most powerful next to us anymore,  they were in the 70\'s and 80\'s, but not anymore.
They cant even win a war against a guerrilla army in the country of Cheznyia. Russia has a standing army of about 20,000 people AT THE MOST. China IS the strongest nation next to us now. They DO have nuclear capability, and the amount of warheads isnt really important. You guys do realize that America alone has enough warheads to destroy the world FIVE times over.
If china has only 1/5th the amount of warheads we do, they could destroy the whole world ONCE, and I think that is enough, dont you?

As, for GWB he is an Idiot, and hes going to be the worst president since Gerald Ford. He is already making huge mistakes by INCREASING americas dependence on oil, when the supply is going to run out in 50 years, just to fill his own pockets with money considering he and his family own oil companies. He should be funding programs to supplement oil with renewable resources like wind, sun, and hydro.
Did you know one of the most powerful reactors in the United states is such a reactor. Its hydro.
Why is he giving the Upper class a larger tax cut then the middle class.
Does he believe trickle down econmics worked?
If so, hes one of the only people who does.
Oh yeah, other than all those other rich people who got to keep even more moeny than they already needed.

World War III? That will never happen. Do you know what World War III will be like? There will not be any soldiers, jet figthers, ships, tanks or anything like that involved. iT will nuclear war.

Ok even if there were soldiers and what not involved in the start, the losing country will eventually say "hey forget this we\'re losing , Launch the nukes and take the fudgers out". In retaliation we\'ll fire our nukes and you\'ll have an all out nuclear war. We\'ll all be dead, and those who have taken shelter and survives will mutate into flesh eating zombies because of the radiation.

George W is cutting the lowest and highest tax bracket by the same %.  But why he did it is to help small business owners.  They themselves are not rich b/c of operating expenses, and they have a hard time paying employees.  Just ask my last boss whose small business lasted approximately 5 months.

The tax cut will help me.  I\'m not rich but the company I work for sells $500,000-$1million dollar contracts of our software.  Less taxes on big corporations means more  have money for our product which means more jobs and money for my company\'s employees.  Because of the current state of the economy, thousands of people have been laid off from Arkansas companies.

1)GWB ordered the unprovoked and inhuman attack on targets in Iraq, while at the same time keeping inplace trade restictions that is onlt strenghing Saddams grip on power and killing the IRAQI civilians.

2)GWB has maintained the Use of DU or Depleted Uranium Weapons, which not only kill the enemy but our soilders and Cvilians, which could list it as a illegal weapon !
