i had same problem...

anyway, i\'ll write those theories out properly, which should address the \'flaws\' that you mentioned. and if i\'m allowed to post them (mods? it might be long...), i\'ll put it in a new thread.

just wondering, are there any limitations to post size?
Eugh?!?

Bet.. What makes the Christian belief more true than the Nordic mythology? :nerd:

here\'s a question why is Christianity a "religion" while Greek, and Roman religion is called mythology?  i may be wrong but both of them have just as much merit as the other.  because does anyone have iron clad proof that either exicted or not?  oh wait i forgot if it\'s written down it must be true.

lol bob\'s harware!! :D

Whether you believe in it or not, religion is the topic that brings about the most debate per thread on this forum.

Why do you think that is?  People always lookin\' for a lil soul food perhaps?

The carbon dating bull**** as you say, should really be undisputable.  Yes, we know that certain elements or compounds have a known rate of decay.  Yes, we can say that said rock is 3 million years old.

*flips sides*

God could have made the world 5000 years ago, complete with fossils, and 2.99 billion year old rocks and isotopes.  After all, if God is perfect, then he would really make the planet perfect.

*flips sides*

But then why would he tell us through human mediums not any more believable than joe-crackpot that the world is 5000 years old, when he knew we would not be able to rationalize this with the scientific evidence?

*flips sides*

God works in mysterious ways, my son, it is not up to you to question his will.  Just live by it.

*flips sides*

So I can\'t question things he (if he\'s omnipotent/all powerfull) must have left on purpose here for me to question, and I can\'t choose incorrectly because I could damn my sould to an eternity of torment.

*flips sides*

Yeah.

*flips sides*

Right.

They are idols. Anyone who thinks worshipping a stone statue is gonna help needs serious metal therapy.

No offense, but man, do you seriously think a piece of stone carved as a fat man can help you?

And before you jump to the \'Cant see God so how is he real thing\' God is real, he is spiritual ie, he is in another realm, a spiritual realm.

This is too deep for me anyways.
