Most 16 years olds are capable of making decisions so he really isn\'t a pedophile, but only by law, and they are in high school, how many high school girls are out there f*cking college guys or GI\'s if you are in a military town???

Just because the law of the united states says something doesn\'t make it TRUE....

This is ridiculous and I understand why this law is in place but why not simply Lower the age to 15, and just educate kids about sex more.....

Anyways, it\'s unfair, probley won\'t change....

Also, I don\'t believe we should make laws just to protect stupid people, that end up punishing people who KNOW what they are doing....
