Kids lacking will power... Regardless 18 and 15 is a bigger gap than three years... If I had a 4.0 gpa and was an athlete (to come to think of it I am both ) I wouldnt\' be playing russian roulette with my future by banging freshman girls. The law sucks, but the law is the law.

Education has nothing to do with people and their sex drives. If you want to point a finger, point it at the fact that all this world sells is sex. Of course kid\'s are going to want to have sex. You take a natrual sex drive, throw sex in music, TV and magazines and guess what? Teeangers are goin\' to want to have sex.

With that said - I have no sympathy for the guy. He knew it was illegal. Yeah, sure a lot of 15 year old girl\'s are hot and yeah, most guy\'s want to bang them, including myself, but guess what? It\'s illegal. She is just as guilty as him, but he is the the older one and by law, he is the one who broke the law and should of told her no. Sorry about his luck, but that\'s the way life goes and that\'s why I don\'t bang all the hot 15 year olds I see.

I agree with LIC, I was pointing out the fact that if you give kids a good education to be concerned about, they\'d be less likely to put it at risk.

So yes, he\'s guilty. We can say the law is stupid, but if he broke it, he has to pay. This is like Spudz stealing the stop sign.

How the f*** did the US bombing other countries get into this topic?  I guess some will never get over the war in Iraq :rolleyes: G-Unit do yourself a favor and get an education.  The law is not confined to "one" state.  The deep South is like this when it comes to issues of sex.  Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, etc.  Blind followers of the country?  This is a state law as you pointed out and has nothing to do with George W. Bush.  Religion plays a big part in people\'s lives down here.  I am from the north and it was a big culture shock the first couple of years I was down here.  Am I religious - no, but I don\'t condone an 18 year old 6 foot 250lb "man" shagging 15 year old girls.

Arguing about the laws of any given state on PSX2central is pointless. It changes nothing. Do I agree with the laws? No, I don\'t. Do you see me arguing about them on this board? For the most part, no. All I know is by law he commited a crime and he knew he did. Therefor, he is guilty. Doesn\'t matter if it\'s "fair" or not, it\'s the law and he made a choice to break that law.

It does nothing, but atleast acknowledging that some laws are attrocious is a start.

One point I will concede is that laws are biased against men in almost every instance when a woman is involved.

Do you not know he was a senior in highschool. You keep saying he was a grown man. He was a kid in highschool just like the girl. Probably been the same class together before.

You need to be hit over the head with a ball peen hammer Quddus.  The guy was a grown man.  He is 18 and was tried as an adult.  Eighteen year olds are considered adults in this country or did you not know that?  Regardless of whether this guy was in high school or not, he is an adult.  He should have known better.

Been in the same class before?  Doubtful if he was an honors student and a senior and she was a sophmore, but it is possible
