jesus! that\'s just..horrible...that guy that did that to her must never be able to forgive himself..truly sad... If you can\'t handle your liquor you shouldn\'t be driving period! now she\'s like that for the rest of her life.

What a coincidence. This was posted before a long time ago and I was thinking about it today.

You know what?Sometimes we are selfish. They should have let her die isntead.Relatives might say that they couldnt let her die becuase they love her and that they did ot for her own good. But they did it for theirsleves actually.Thats a selfish act.Relatives cant accept the loss of someone they love. And that person must suffer the consiquences for the rest of her life.
Her parents are also quilty

As for that who was responsible for the car accident must be living a living hell from the guilt. It would have been less painful for him if she was dead as well for the victim if her relatives didnt keep her alive!Whats the point of her existance?Living in a hospital like this? Not being able to do anything?

It\'s not a matter of trying to use your own judgement to see how much liquor you can handle (if your drinking your judgement is dicked anyways), it\'s simply: If you are going to drink, don\'t drive.

That link really is disheartening. I literally was shocked and surprised at that. Its hard to believe that had happened to such a beautiful girl and that she lived through that.

You are insane.  Just because someone is horribly disfigured doesn\'t mean they cannot enjoy life in ways that we take for granted.  "They should have let her die..."  Damn I hope you are not in charge of the hospital when they bring me in some day.

You know, its proven that alchohol in moderation can be healthy for you?

Its a horrible thing when something like this happens. But people who drink, arent automatically bad.

How can she enjoy life??

How would you enjoy life if you were like her?You wll wish for death

She is not just disfigured!!She has health problems. She cant see well. She cant get out. Some of her senses are damaged. She cant have anyone to love her except her parents. She cant do anything! She cant even see herself in the mirror. She is most surely under some medical treatment so she wouldnt get insane.

She was forced to live.Dont you get it?She was probably almost dead when she was recovered from the flames

If they bring you in some day and I happen to be in charge and you are in the same condition I ll make sure they euthanaisize you thats for sure

I guess you\'re a "glass half empty" kind of person.

The fact is you don\'t know for sure that all the stuff you just posted is true.  Even if it is, you must acknowledge that she is probably still in the early stages of her recovery.  Just because life is hell for her now does not mean that she cannot reach a point of normalcy in 5, 10 or 15 years when she will no longer "wish for death."  You can\'t assume that all difficult medical cases can never recover.  Thank god the respected medical community on our planet does not feel as you do.

As for the rest of it... You say she can have no hope because she looks terrible and no one can love her.  Fuck that.  There are many people in the world in that same position, and they survive and even thrive against all odds.  Many of them succeed in living a meaningful life in spite of the hatred of the ignorant masses.

If you don\'t feel you have the inner strength to overcome a challenge such as this, I\'ll make a note to murder you in the ER.  However, you do not have my authorization to murder me.  Better yet, I\'ll just leave it up to you to take your own life if you choose to, as it should be.

This guy should never have the chance to ever get behind the wheel of a car EVER!!!!!!

I hope he did some type of jail time for his stupid act of judgement.

I agree with Uni shit life is ****ing hard enough. If I was in the condition kill me. I would have no reason for life. I would surely spend the rest of my life in tears and hating the world.

Nobody should be forced to live out life that way.

Man!!She has suffered from a high degree burn. Its incurable. She has had over 40 operations and look how she still is.There will be almost no improvement even if a century passes.
There are many people that suffer from psychological problems because of an event. They are under specific medical care to get rid of depression or tendencies of suicide but there are times when depression and other mental problems appear again. And we are talking about people that they are no where as bad as her.

How many do you know?Do you know a person that is the same case as her that has managed to move forward?
She cant do anything.Ger health isnt letting her.Her appearamce isnt letting her.She cant get out.Not just becuase of her looks. But she mustn even be exposed to sun.
And these people that managed to move forward most of them still suffered from depression. They dont want to show it.They dont want to be pitied.

You talk becuase you have never been in their position.Sounds easier but its unimaginable hard to overcome such a "challenge"

She was supposed to be dead. Its almost as if she was raised back from the dead and forced to live

You\'re just stating the obvious.  Don\'t repeat the stuff we already know.  Argue your position if you can.

The fact is:  You, the parents, the doctors, NO ONE has the right to decide she should die.  Let her make that choice herself if she wishes.
