5-2 St. Louis Final, they are your National League Champions.

World Series:

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Boston Red Sox[/b]

Game 1:  Saturday October 23rd, 2004 7:30 EST at Fenway Park
\"In the last 12 months 100,000 private sector jobs have been lost and yet you\'ve created 30,000 public sector jobs. Prime Minister, you cannot carry on forever squeezing the productive bit of the economy in order to fund an unprecidented engorgement of the unproductive bit. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt.\" - Daniel Hannan

The curse lives my friends, heard this today all 4 times they\'ve gone to the world series prior to this they\'ve faced the NL team with the best record for the decade the Mets, Cardinals, Reds don\'t know the other all have gone to game 7\'s and the Red Sox have lost all 4 game 7\'s(credit Dan Patrick Show for this Info). Its not over yet buddies, the Cardinals have the best NL record this decade I see a coincidence.

Beating the Yankees was an omen, the Cardinals are like a carbon copy of the Yankees with less Assholes.

actions speak louder than words...

and another thing, Schilling is one of the most respected players in the game, that\'s really low calling him an asshole.

If you see a coincidence, that means it\'s just lucky and that it won\'t happen again. Good job.

The way you\'ve ragged on the Red Sox the past week is just sick. Now that your Bangwagon Astros are gone, you\'re screwed there, too. Now you root for the Cardinals, perhaps the Astros biggest rival. Awesome.

*does the A-Rod Running motion dance* SLAP!

Bangwagon Fans piss me off.

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

Seriously, how can a fan of Steinbrenner\'s team be calling anyone else an asshole?  And what the hell makes Schilling an asshole?  And you want an organization moving towards assholes, look who the yanks got last offseason.  I think A-Rod\'s actions speak for themselves, and I KNOW Sheff\'s past speaks for itself.

No, just the fact that you refuse to acknowledge the Red Sox as a better team.  I never called you a bandwagon fan.

My beef with you is that you don\'t bring anything to the table except your "the Yankees are your daddy" kind of attitude.  Perhaps now that the Yankees aren\'t in the World Series, the ratings will go up.

You have to understand, when your a Yankee fan, it\'s you against the World.

Mmm.. yeah. Pedro is a bit of an asshole, but Curt? You\'ve got to be kidding me.

Well, yeah, he\'s been a bit cocky before. I remember hearing about how he\'d taunt batters, telling them what he\'d throw and then striking them out on it.. but that\'s it.

What\'s assholish is Jeter saying that the better team doesn\'t always win after losing the ALCS.. and complaining about playing hard all season and not coming home with the pennant.

Uhm, Derek.. you should be the last to complain because you\'ve never missed the postseason since you were called up in 1996! We know you\'re a great player, and respect your ability as a dirtdog and as a captain to a dynasty.. but the Red Sox have suffered long enough. They deserved to win last year, and they earned that AL title this year.
