The length was exactly what I expected.  Knowing vaguely what the story was going to cover, I figured there would be very little of Dark Helmet.  I guess the marketers might have deceived some of the audience with that trailer showing Vader in the mask.

It was meant to be the fall of anakin to the dark side, not the fall then 2 hours of him being in the suit.

That\'s exactly what I wasn\'t trying to get at. Thanks you for making that assumption. :stick:

I thought it ended just fine. I just enjoyed the movie so much I was a little sad to see it end.

So how long is DV on screen then?

Is it just him appearing then the end credits, or what?

Windu was supposed to be the greatest swords fighter of all time and almost as skilled with the force as Yoda. Yet for some reason they never show it on screen.

Who said that?

I suppose if that is the case, then they would have shown his sword fighting skills on screen, by having him be the only one to out fight Palps.

That is, assuming that Palps didn\'t let him.

But they never really show him using the force.

a bunch of people, including Lucas himself. Here\'s a good summary on Wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mace_Windu

Quote
Windu is often regarded as second only to Master Yoda on the Council. His wisdom and power are legendary, as are the weight of his words.

In addition to his reputation for wisdom, Windu is considered to be one of the finest swordsmen to ever grace the Jedi Order. He is the creator of the seventh style of lightsaber combat, Vaapad. Only Mace Windu, his former student Depa Billaba, and legendary lightsaber instructor Sora Bulq have ever mastered it

I was happy to see it end. The reason was because it was so action packed, when my bladder filled from all the Coke I drank, I didn\'t want to miss the movie. So, I was just waiting for it to end to empty out my bladder. Man, that was like a 5 minute long piss :)

I ran to the bathroom during the slow parts...which there weren\'t many of. I hate waiting...followed by the 5 minute pissing sessions. I almost died in The Matrix from holding back the urge to piss.

You can\'t hold a piss in for 3 hours?

Oh, and nice find no-one. But that doesn\'t directly state that he is better with a light-sabre than Yoda. :P But I get your point. Yeah, it would be great if he had more action.

I just watched this movie again last night and now I feel like it\'s kind of meh...... A lot of the dialog seems mediocre.

And I would have rather had seen the jedi go out in a great battle. Than just being shot by some weak blasters. I mean how great does that make a jedi look when he can be easily killed?

The story seemed really rushed.  I think a lot of things should have been touched  up on. And others could have been avoided. Maybe he should have made an episode 4 and the story would not seem so rushed.

Overall now that I think about it this is just another pop tart.

I just saw it again yesterday.  I noted that  2 of the 4 jedi backing up Mace Windu go down under Palpatine\'s FIRST STROKE without any sort of block or defense of any kind.  They looked like they were getting dunked on by Michael Jordan.  The third one does a couple blocks, then he goes down too.   Complete bullshit.

There will be more I think, this is just a simply money making machine I wouldn\'t be surprised if somewhere down the line someone does 7-9.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.
