I doubt that..but even if he does come..that doesnt prove or disprove anything :) I always thought jesus was a actually human.

Yeah, I don\'t think anyone is doubting is Jesus is real or not.  I think all of us believe the bible is a book of stories about people who really did live.  It\'s the God created the earth thing that I don\'t believe.  

Just because they put it in a book does not make it true.  Those are stories of peoples and how they thought the world was created.  They didn\'t know jack about science back then.  I would believe in today\'s scientists way before I would believe some dude a couple thousand years ago.  

I imagine many people in the 70s taking acid saw a river part now and then.

Because science is the study of the world around us.  The "language" of religion doesn\'t translate well into the "language" of science, that really proves nothing, but you did manage to state the obvious.  ;)

But serously, I believe that the univers was probably made the way science has predicted, and that God provided that spark of energy for the Big Bang, and then let it go from there.
